WAKE TF UP is operated by Heuristic Technologies & Solutions, Inc. These terms govern use of our AI telephone wake-up service. By using the service, you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy.
Eligibility
Users must be at least 18 years old and provide accurate account information. You are responsible for access to your account and verified phone number.
Phone call authorization
When you schedule a wake-up call and affirmatively consent, you authorize WAKE TF UP and its calling providers to contact your verified number using automated calls and AI-generated voices at the scheduled time and for the retries you select. You can withdraw permission by canceling scheduled calls or contacting support. Do not schedule calls to numbers you do not control or have authority to use. Carrier charges may apply.
Wake-up service limitations
Calls depend on telecommunications networks, device availability, third-party providers, and other factors. We cannot guarantee a call will arrive or wake you. Maintain a separate alarm. Do not rely on the service for emergencies, medical needs, or safety-critical commitments. AI-generated conversations may be inaccurate or unexpected.
Trial and subscriptions
Eligible new users can try one complimentary Sunny call. Paid subscription offerings are Basic ($3.99 per month), Pro ($6.99 per month), and Max ($9.99 per month). Plan-specific allowances, characters, and retry features are disclosed before purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled. Prices and taxes are confirmed at checkout. We obtain express authorization before recurring charges.
Cancellation and refunds
Cancel future subscription renewals in account billing controls. Cancellation generally prevents the next charge and preserves access through the paid period. Refunds are subject to applicable law and any refund terms disclosed at checkout. Contact billing@wakethefudgeup.com for billing assistance.
Acceptable use
Do not use the service for unauthorized calls, harassment, threats, fraud, impersonation, or other unlawful conduct. We may restrict abusive or fraudulent accounts.
Changes and availability
We may update features and these terms, with notice when required. Service availability and individual characters may change.
Disclaimer and liability
The service is provided as available, without a guarantee of uninterrupted or timely calls. To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties and liability for indirect or consequential losses resulting from missed calls, network interruptions, or AI output. Nothing here limits non-waivable consumer rights.
